Capp Australia Open for Business!

Capp are now officially global, with the appointment of our first Australian staff.

Capp have a number of global clients with Australian operations and have appointed Lucy Zucker as Head of Client Success – Australia to lead the Australian business.

Lucy Zucker has joined Capp from Inventium where she was Innovation Consultant and previously she worked for CEB (now Gartner) as a Senior Executive Advisor. She is setting up an office in Sydney and has already started working with some of Capp’s global clients on their Emerging Talent assessment.

CEO Alex Linley said: “We have established our base in Sydney with Lucy and are looking to recruit a local team to help us deliver exceptional work for our existing and potential Australian clients. Lucy’s appointment establishes our presence in Australia from the ground up, making best use of client relationships and networks, events, conferences and PR and marketing support.”

The expansion to Australia comes after another year of growth for Capp. With offices in London and Birmingham, we have more than 100 staff and clients, including Barclays, Aviva and BT. We have established a Talent Solutions business and developed our Virtual Reality Assessment Platform to reach more than 2000 participants.

Capp’s first Australian event was the Australian Association of Graduate Employers’ Recruitment and Development Conference in Melbourne at the end of October. Lucy was joined by Strategic Account Director Ben Lovegrove, and met many Emerging Talent and Development managers to talk to them about how Capp’s products and expertise can help meet recruitment and development challenges.
