We’re just days away from the Personnel Today Awards where Capp is nominated for three awards.
Capp is nominated with Lloyds Banking Group for Innovation in Recruitment, with Aviva for Managing Change, and with GSK for HR Consultancy.
In 2016, Lloyds Banking Group collaborated with Capp to take the bold step of introducing a global first - a Virtual Reality (VR) Assessment Lab into their Digital and IT graduate Assessment Centre. There were two key reasons for this. Firstly, to support the removal of adverse impact, especially for certain ethnic groups and females, and secondly to support their focus on continuous innovation.
Capp worked with Aviva to assess and develop future leaders for its UK Customer Operations. Having developed a framework of what successful future leaders would look like through Success Analysis, the team assessed managers for their potential through a process which included Virtual Reality.
Capp has partnered with GSK since 2016 when the company reviewed how it selects candidates for Apprenticeships, Future Leaders and Esprit programmes. Together they have worked to develop a solution that immerses candidates in GSK, its values, and its everyday life. It delivers consistent first stage assessment in over 70 countries, assessing candidates and providing an engaging, positive and immersive experience.
Capp was recently shortlisted in the CIPD People Management Awards together with EY for Best Diversity and Inclusion and with GSK for Best International HR Initiative.
