Assessment and development company Capp has appointed executive specialist Celine Floyd as Director of Leadership Assessment.
Formerly with L.H.H Penna, Celine joins Capp to lead and grow its Executive Assessment business.
A Chartered Occupational Psychologist who studied at the Universities of Warwick and London, Goldsmiths College, Celine is returning to work for Capp having previously left in 2013 to pursue experience in leadership transformation.
“For the last six years I have worked with senior managers in FTSE 250 companies in a more personalised, in-depth and 1:1 space, helping organisations identify and develop those people who are and will be their pivotal leaders,” said Celine Floyd.
She added, “I am excited about broadening our leadership assessment business at Capp. We have so much to offer our existing and new clients and it’s a very natural build on what we do and who we are already. I am absolutely delighted to be back”
Over the last year, Capp has grown from around 80 to 120 staff as it has won early talent and development work and established Talent Solutions to offer specific development solutions as well as the new Leadership Development offer.
“We are delighted to welcome Celine back to Capp after a break of six years. She will be bringing back new skills and experiences that we know will complement and enhance our growing business as we upscale out leadership and executive messages,” added Nicky Garcea, Chief Customer Officer with Capp.
“This is another example of Capp becoming a true Talent Partner and supporting clients across the entire People Agenda.”
